All designs are being sold - not leased - to our clients unless otherwise noted within your specific job's purchase agreement, which is presented and signed at either the start or finish of production, before the finalized result is presented to you for usage. You, and you alone, may use your purchased design in perpetuity without attribution to S3NTRYdesigns, unless otherwise noted.

 

**This generally applies to most designs except websites or any other types of designs wherein a "Made By S3NTRYdesigns" imprint is included in the finalized design.

As all designs are essentially custom created from scratch, each design's production will take a specific amount of time.

This timeline will be discussed during your consultation with us, and will be agreed upon by both parties before production begins. Please refer to your agreement to know the timeline for your specific design's production.

** With all timelines provided, a + 3 business day margin may be applied under certain circumstances. (ex: following a holiday, or other event wherein S3NTRYdesigns is not open for business.)

** S3NTRYdesigns holds the right to extend timelines at any time. An effort will be made to communicate the extended timeline with the client when possible.

Any design produced and sold to you may be edited and adjusted without attribution to S3NTRYdesigns as the original creator unless it has been specifically stated otherwise in your purchase agreement.

 

If you have leased the design, or if it is required to be presented with the "Made by S3NTRYdesigns" imprint, no editing or adjustments may be made to the design without an express written statement from S3NTRYdesigns.

Yes if your purchase agreement and usage terms cover this instance, however by default, reselling of a design acquired by S3NTRYdesigns is not allowed. Please refer to your specific agreement for the terms of the production.

Your agreement will likely state: "Any design produced and sold to you by S3NTRYdesigns may not be re-sold or presented by either yourself or another party purchasing, without clear and visible attribution to S3NTRYdesigns as the original creator; unless this instance has been addressed and allowed within your purchase agreement.

 

If you have leased the design, you may not sell the design or "sub-lease" its usage to another party under any circumstance.

When production on a website has concluded, it will be up to you to manage, update and revise your website as you see fit. You can employ S3NTRYdesigns to make updates and do light website management, however we do not offer any dedicated website management services to our clients.
